Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to most European countries. Delivery times may vary for international orders. Additional customs charges may apply for orders outside the EU, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns Information

Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

How to Return
To initiate a return:

  2. Navigate to your order history
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  4. Print the prepaid return label
  5. Package items securely and attach the label
  6. Drop at any authorized shipping location

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:

Damaged Items
